| 摘 要： | 目的：评价磁共振（MRI）对子宫内膜异位症的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。材料与方法：报告16例临床拟诊子宫内膜异位症患者的MRI表现，均行B超检查，部分行手术或穿刺。结果；子宫内膜异位症9例，慢性盆腔炎3例，子宫肌瘤2例，单发性滤泡囊肿2例。结论：与其它影像学检查手段相比，MRI对子宫内膜异位症的诊断及鉴别诊断具有较明显的优势。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To appraise the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of the MRI in endometriosis. Materials and methods:Reported 16 cases MRI appearance which had the clinical diagnosis of endometriosis. All of the patients were examined with B-US and some of them were confirmed by operation. Results: There are endometrosis 9 cases,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease 3 cases,myoma of uterus 2 cases.,solitary follicle cyst 2 cases. Conclusion:MR examination is superior to the other imaging examinations in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of endometriosis. |
