摘    要:为了探讨人参二醇组皂甙对内毒素休克的保护作用,我们用粗制大肠杆菌内毒素注入大鼠腹腔复制实验模型,将66只大鼠随机分成内毒素休克组(ES)与人参二醇组皂甙预治疗组(PT)。结果发现:PT组大鼠16h存活率明显高于ES组(P<0.05),肝、肺、肾组织的过氧化脂质含量则低于ES组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。说明人参二醇组皂甙可以通过降低组织过氧化脂质的含量稳定细胞膜,对内毒素休克起一定的保护作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the protective effect of panaxadiol saponin against endotoxic shock, experimental models were duplicated by injection of semifinished coliendotoxin into the abdominal cavity in rats. Sixty-six rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:an endotoxic shock group (ES) and a panaxadiol saponin therapeutic group(PT). Sixteen hour survival rate in PT group was significantly higher than that in ES group (P<0.05) , and content of lipidperoxide in the liver, lung and kidney was lower in the PT group than that in the ES group (P<0.05). These results showed that panaxadiol saponin has a protective effect against endotoxic shock in rats through decreasing lipidperoxide in the tissues to stabilize the cytomembrane.
