| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p16蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变诊断和分级中的意义,以指导宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌的治疗。方法采用免疫组织化学方法（S-P法）检测15例正常宫颈组织、15例反应性增生、60例不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变和20例宫颈癌中p16的表达情况。结果在正常宫颈组织中p16蛋白呈阴性表达,p16的表达强度CINⅠ〈CINⅡ〈CINⅢ〈CC；不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变p16的表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论p16在不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变的分流诊断中有重要意义，可作为早期诊断宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的标记物，提高宫颈癌的早期诊断率。
