| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨减少重复剖宫产术中出血临床方法。方法：对1999年6月-2009年6月行重复剖宫产术产后大出血的34例病历的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：重复剖宫产例数有增加趋势，但重复剖宫产术产后出血发生率明显减少。结论：术前术中针对病因采取积极临产处理，可减少重复剖宫产术产后出血发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore Clinical treatment of decrease repetitive cesarean section hemorrhage. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 34 cases of repetitive cesarean section hemorrhage from June 1999 to June 2009. Results A higher trend of cases of repetitive cesarean section ,accompanied with a lower trend of the rate of repetitive cesarean section hemorrhage. Conclusion It is necessary that an active process aims at the factors of repetitive cesarean section hemorrhage,this can decrease the rate of repetitive cesarean section hemorrhage |
