后凸成形术疗效评估中椎体高度与椎序的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨椎体高度与椎序的关系,为后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床研究提供解剖学与影像学依据。方法:选8套干燥成人胸腰椎标本,按解剖序列拍摄X线侧位片,分别测量标本及其X线图片各椎体前、中、后高度。以椎序为自变量,椎体高度为应变量进行直线回归与相关分析。结果:胸腰椎高度逐渐增大,无论是解剖学测量,还是影像学测量,3个椎体高度与椎序分别呈直线关系,P=0.0001;各高度影像学测量与解剖学测量值呈斜率相同、但截距不同的平行线,相关分析为极度相关,r〉0.9。结论:椎体前、中、后高度与椎序分别呈直线关系,表明椎体高度的变化符合脊柱运动及依次从上至下负重递增的要求;椎体影像学与解剖学测量之间无显著性差异,表明X线投照中心对椎体高度与椎序间关系无影响。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the relationship between levels and heights of vertebrae and provide the basis of anatomy and radiology in transpedicular balloon kyphoplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods: A variety of data from 8 spinal specimen and its images were the anterior, mid and posterior vertebral heights. The statistical regression and correlation: between the level as an independent variable and the vertebra heights in specimen and images as well as the relationship between the vertebral heights in specimen and images were analyzed. Results: The vertebra heights from T1 to L5 are gradually increased according to the level. There is linear relationship between the levels and there heights in specimen and images (P=0.0001), and they are parallel (correlation coefficient r>0.9) between specimen line and images line. Conclusions: There is linear relationship between the levels and there heights in specimen and images, and the variety of vertebral height accord with the spinal movement and vertebra gradually increasing; and there is no significant differences between the specimen and images measurement; it is show that the illuminate center dose not affect the relationship between the level and its height.
