临床免疫学与检验实验教学的改革与实践

临床免疫学检验是一门实践性很强的学科,通过实验不但可以验证理论,而且可以完善理论。临床免疫学检验实验教学的好坏将直接影响学生对基本理论的理解与掌握,也决定他们将临床免疫学检验知识运用到临床实践的能力的高低。因此,提高教学质量,培养具有扎实的专业知识、较强的实践动手能力和具备高度认真工作态度的检验医学人才是临床免疫学检验承担的主要任务。本科室在多年的教学实践基础上,对《临床免疫学与检验》实验教学从思想教育、实验内容、教学手段及考核制度等方面进行了改革与创新,并取得良好的教学效果。

Reform and Practice in Experiment Teaching of Clinical Immunology Laboratory

Clinical immunology laboratory is a discipline of high practical nature. It can not only check theory but also consummate theory by experiment. The experiment teaching of clinical immunology laboratory will directly affect students＇ understanding and mastery of basic theories, and it will also decide students＇ ability to apply theory to clinical practice. Therefore, the main tasks in teaching of clinical immunology laboratory are raising the quality of teaching and producing laboratory medicine personnel with solid professional knowledge, strong comprehensive clinical capabilities and conscientious attitude. Based on our years＇ exploration and practice, we reformed the experiment teaching of clinical immunology in regard to ideology education, experiment content, teaching means and assessment system, which has brought about satisfactory teaching effects.
