2006-2008年我院老年痴呆症治疗药物利用的回顾分析

目的:评价我院2006-2008年老年痴呆症治疗药物的利用情况。方法:回顾性分析2006-2008年我院老年痴呆症治疗药物的种类、用量、消耗金额、用药频度、日均费用等项目。结果:我院老年痴呆症治疗药物消耗金额及用药频度呈上升趋势,日均费用较高。脑代谢激活剂占主导地位,其次为胆碱酯酶抑制剂和脑循环改善剂及钙离子拮抗剂。结论:我院老年痴呆症治疗药物临床应用基本合理,但存在有明确适应证的药物使用不足的问题。

Retrospective analysis of the use of drugs treating senile dementia in our hospital during 2006-2008
