| 摘 要： | 本文对1180名经血库用RPHA法筛检HBsAg为阴性的献血员使用ELISA法检测六项HBV血清标志物,总感染率为38.67％,具有传染性标志物的检出率为12.39％,多聚人血清白蛋白受体阳性率为1.08％。建议用灵敏度高的ELISA或RIA法筛检献血员,把HBsAg、HBeAg、抗—HBc作为必查项目,严防HBY通过输血传播。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the re■rom 6 items of HBV serum marks among 1130 donors detcted by ELISA method. Authors found that the tolal rate of HBV infection accounted for 38.67%, with the positive rate of infection 12.39% and the positive rate of PHSA-R 1.08% respectively. Therefore the paper suggested that the method of ELISA or RIA be used to detect donors and HBsAg, HBeAg and Anti—HBC (1:100) be considered as the necessary items to prerent HBV from spreading by way of blood transfusion. |
