护理本科毕业生专业行为表现与专业态度相关性研究

摘    要:目的 本研究旨在评价护理本科毕业生专业行为的表现,并探索其与专业态度的相关性.方法 应用Schwirian"护理专业行为表现六维评分表"评价52项护理行为在临床学习的经常性、自我表现、教育为其所做准备3方面;Arthur"护理专业自我概念量表"测量护生的专业态度.采取方便抽样,调查护理本科毕业生74名.结果 护理本科生在专业发展、重病护理、领导、沟通交流等方面的自我评价显示了良好的专业行为表现;学校所做教育准备和专业行为表现呈显著相关(P<0.01),护理专业行为与护理专业自我概念呈显著相关(P<0.05).结论 "护理专业行为表现六维评分表"有较好的信度和效度,从多方面评价了护理本科生护理行为的表现,表明高等护理教育为人文素质和技能实践做了良好的教育准备;护理专业行为表现和专业态度互为因果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate nursing professional performance and relationship with professional attitude of baccalaureate nursing students. Methods A convenience sample of 74 baccalaureate nursing students responded to Schwirian's "Six Dimension Scale" and Arthur's "Nursing Professional Self-Concept Inventory". Results Analysis of the data showed that the baccalaureate students have a more positive performance in nursing technology and communication. The professional performance was found to be significantly associated with the preparative of the nursing school and their professional attitude. Conclusion The Schwirian's "Six Dimension Scale" can be used in China and have a good reliability and validity. This study suggests that the preparative of nursing school can promote the student's positive professional performance and attitude. Professional performance and attitude interact as both cause and effect.
