腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中同时行人流术的可行性

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中同时行人流术的可行性。方法:对43例(观察组)因早期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中同时行人流术,对同期57例(对照组)非妊娠患者行经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较二组病人术中、术后情况。结果:所有手术均能顺利完成,观察组无人流不全;二组病人的手术时间、术中出血量、术前与术后3天血红蛋白差值、术后疼痛发生率、术后使用抗生素时间、术后病率和住院时间均无显著差异。结论:腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中同时行人流术是一种安全、可靠、适于临床开展的手术方式。

The safety of artificial abortion during laparoscopic hysteromyoectomy

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of artificial abortion during laparoscopic hysteromyoectomy.Methods:Forty-three early pregnancy patients with uterusmyoma were operated with abortion during laparoscopic hysteromyoectomy,and another 57 patients with similar indications were received laparoscopic hysteromyoectomy at the same period.The patient condition during and after operation in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:All cases operation were completed successfully,no incomplete artificial abortion.No significant difference was found on average operating time,estimated blood loss,the change of Hb before and after operation three day,postoperative pain,using antibiotic time,temperature and hospitalized time between the two groups.Conclusion:Artificial abortion during laparoscopic hysteromyoectomy is safe and reliable method and can be performed widely.
