肺癌组织中细胞外基质与癌细胞转移及预后关系

目的 :研究肺癌患者细胞外基质与癌细胞浸润及转移预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法对 2 6例原发性肺癌组织中 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白含量及分布进行观察。结果 :大部分肺癌患者基底膜中均出现 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白不同的减少和缺如 ,此种减少在鳞腺两类肺癌间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白阳性率在有无淋巴结转移的两组病例中有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。癌周基底膜 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白的丧失与患者 2年生存率有密切关系 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :肺癌组织 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白含量及分布上的差异可能成为临床判断其转移与预后的指标

THE RALATIONSHIP BETWEEN EXPRESSION OF TYPE 4 COLLAGEN LAMININ FIBRONECTION WITH METASTASIS AND PROGNOSIS OF LUNG CANCER

Objective:To study the relationship between extracellular matrix and metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer.Methods:The expression of type 4 collagen,laminin,fibronection were determined in 26 cases of lung cancer with LSAB method.Results:Type 4 collagen and laminin were lost in various amounts in most of the lung carcinomas.The difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05) between adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma.Significant difference of expression of type 4 collagen,laminin and fibronection were found between cases with and without lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05).The two year survival rate was related to the lost of type 4 collagen,laminin and fibronection ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Type 4 collagen,laminin and fibronection expression can be used as a helpful marker for metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer.
