HLC近交系小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核检测

摘    要:目的:了解HLC近交系小鼠骨髓微核自发率。方法:将HLC小鼠、无毛小鼠及昆明种小鼠各分为2组,一组取骨髓涂片观察,另一组腹腔注射100mg/kg环磷酰胺,18h后取骨髓涂片观察,计算微核率。结果:HLC近交系小鼠嗜多染红细胞微核自发率与无毛小鼠和昆明小鼠差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹腔注射环磷酰胺后,HLC近交系小鼠与无毛小鼠及昆明小鼠骨髓微核率均显著升高(P<0.01),但3者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HLC近交系与无毛小鼠及昆明小鼠微核自发率相似,对环磷酰胺诱变剂的敏感性相一致。

Abstract:Aim:To research the micronuleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythroblasts (PCE) in HLC inbred strain mice. Methods:The HLC mice,hairless mice,and Kunming mice were allocated into 6 groups (2 groups per stock), the micronucleus rate of the 3 control groups were researched by bone marrow PCE, and the other 3, groups were abdominally injected cyclophosphamide 100 mg/kg and the micronuleus rate was determined after 18 hours. Results: The micronucleus rate of HLC mice's PCE had no significant difference from those of hairless mice and Kunming mice ( P >0.05). The micronucleus rates of HLC mice, hairless mice,and Kunming mice were significantly higher after injecting cyclophosphamide ( P <0.01) , but there were no significant difference among them( P >0.05). Conclusion:The micronucleus rate of 3 stocks are similar.The sensitivity of the three stocks of mice to cyclophosphamide are similar.
