社区糖尿病综合干预生命质量评价及影响因素分析

目的评价社区糖尿病综合干预生命质量,分析影响生命质量的主要因素,为提高社区糖尿病患者生命质量提供参考依据。方法干预前后对调查对象的基本情况和生命质量进行问卷调查,并检测糖化血红蛋白、血脂。评价干预后的生命质量,采用Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果经过1年的综合干预,城市社区糖尿病患者生命质量维度中的总体健康状况、活力分别提高13%、9%,躯体角色、身体疼痛降低14%、7%;多因素分析结果显示主要影响因素有对糖尿病认知率、周锻炼次数、每次运动时间、吸烟、糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白。结论社区综合干预对糖尿病患者生命质量产生影响,应加强社区健康促进,增强糖尿病患者的自我保健意识和技能,提倡健康的生活方式来提高社区糖尿病患者的生命质量。

Analysis of Quality of Life and Associated Factors of Diabetics in Community after Comprehensive Intervention

Objective To assess the quality of life （QOL） of diabetes mellitus patients in community after comprehensive intervention and analyze the related influence factors for improving their QOL. Methods Information of quality of life and related factors before and after comprehensive intervention were collected by questionnaire. Glueosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid were simultaneously detected. The quality of life of the diabetics was evaluated and logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis. Results After one year comprehensive intervention, the mean score of general health and vitality was increased by 13% and 9%, respectively, and the mean score of Role-physical and Body pain in the patients was decreased by 14% and 7%, respectively. The main influencing factors are awareness of diabetes, physical exercise, smoking, glucosyhted hemoglobin and low density lipoprotein. Conclusions The intervention in covamunity can effectively improve the quality of life of diabetics. The health promotion program based-conanunity should be emphasized so as to increase self-conscioumess and advocate healthy life style to improve quality of life of diabetes.
