610例学龄前儿童末梢血微量元素检测结果分析

摘    要:目的探讨学龄前儿童末梢血中锌、铁、钙微量元素含量及性别间的比较。方法利用博晖创新股份公司生产的BH5100五通道原子吸收光谱仪对610例0~18岁门诊儿童进行指血中钙、锌、铁含量检测,并进行统计分析。结果(1)1~3岁年龄组锌、铁含量平均值低于6~18岁年龄组;(2)血锌含量随年龄增长而增高,血钙含量随年龄增长而降低;(3)不同性别组儿童末梢血微量元素含量差异无显著性。结论微量元素在不同年龄段及其末梢血含量是不同的,应定期检测儿童体内的微量元素含量。

Abstract:Objective Preschool children explore the peripheral blood of zinc, iron, calcium and trace elements in intergender comparisons. Methods The method uses the abundant sunshine innovation joint - stock company to produce BH5100 WU the channel atom absorption spectroscope to carry on to 610 examples 0 - 18 years old of outpatient service children refers to in the blood the calcium, the zinc, the hard content examination and carries on the statistical analysis. Results ( 1 ) 1 - 3 year old of age group zinc, the hard content mean value is lower than 6 -18 year old of age group ; (2) The blood zinc content grows along with the age advances, the blood calcium content grows along with the age reduces; (3) Children of different gender groups peripheral blood trace element content there was no significant difference. Conclusion Trace elements in different age groups and content of peripheral blood is different , children should have regular testing of trace elements in the body.
