提高耳鼻咽喉科低年资护士护理质量的有效途径的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨提高耳鼻咽喉科低年资护士的护理质量的有效途径,促进护患关系的健康发展。方法实行护理操作流程管理,定期组织护理查房,建立高年资护士带低年资护士的学教相结合的教学模式。结果患者对护理工作满意率99%以上;护理质量查房合格率在100%;没有发生护理差错;没有出现患者坠床、跌倒致伤等意外事故的发生。结论低年资护士的临床护理应对能力明显提高,护患关系明显改善。

Effective process of improving the nursing quality of low - grade nurses in the department of otolaryngology

Abstract:Objective To find the effective process of improving the nursing quality of low - grade nurses in the department of otolaryngology, and decrease the dispute between the nurse and the patients. Methods Perform the management of nursing operation flow - sheet, carry on nursing rounds periodically, and establish the teaching model of the high - grade nurses teaching the low - grade nurses. Results The patients' satisfaction rate on nursing care is more than 99%. The passing rate of nursing quality is 100%. There are not care errors and any accidents such as falling - bed and a fall injury. Conclusion Improving the nursing quality of low - grade nurses evidently, and the dispute between the nurse and the patients has been decreased.
