| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨性关节炎患者抑郁观象及产生原因，为抗抑郁治疗提供依据。方法采用ZungA评量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对骨性关节炎患者进行测定。结果166例骨性关节炎患者合并抑郁症69例（41．6％），与对照组比较差异有屁著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论部分骨性关节炎患者存在抑郁症状．要重视抑郁症状并给予及时治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes of depression in patients with osteoarthritis to provide a basis for the treatment. Methods To measure the degree of depression in 166 patients with osteoarthritis by Zung self - rating scale and Hamihon Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）. Results Of 166 eases of osteoarthritis patients, 69 cases （41.6%） were in depression, with significant difference（ P 〈0. 01 ） compared with the control group. Conclusion Attention should be paid to osteoarthritis patients with depression. |
