单发不典型脑转移瘤58例CT表现分析

目的探讨单发不典型脑转移瘤cT的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析58例单发脑转移瘤患者的临床及CT资料，其中男40例，女18例，年龄17～73岁，平均53．5岁，40岁以上的占92．3％。58例中46例经手术和病理证实，12例为临床证实。结果58例中幕上48例、幕下10例，幕上与幕下比为4．8：1。不典型脑转移瘤可分为三型：结节型31例（31／58）；环型18例（18／58）；结环混合型9例（8／58）；灶周水肿；单发转移瘤一般较多发者大。结论单发不典型脑转移瘤CT诊断有一定特点，经仔细分析，大部分可能作出正确诊断。

CT performance of 58 cases with single brain metastases

Objective To explore the CT performance and differential diagnosis of single brain metastases. Methods The CT performance and clinical features of 58 cases with single brain metastases were retrospectively analyzed. Of 58 cases, 46 patients with brain metastases were confirmed by surgery and pathology, and 12 were confirmed by clinical features. Results Atypical brain metastases could be divided into three types： nodular type in 31 cases （31/58 ）, ring in 18 cases （ 18/58 ） and junction ring and nodular type mixed in 9 cases （9/58）, with lesion edema. Single metastases were bigger than multiple in general. Conclusion Most of single brain metastases could be diagnosed by CT manifestations.
