低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛84例疗效观察

目的评价低分子肝素钠治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法不稳定型心绞痛84例，随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）和常规治疗加低分子肝素钠组（治疗组）。疗程均为1周。结果1周后总有效率；治疗组为90．4％，对照组为50％（P〈0．05），两组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血栓还原黏度、血小板聚集率显著降低（P〈0．01），治疗组与对照组比较．P〈0．05。结论常规治疗基础上加低分子肝素，能更有效的控制心绞痛的发作。

Low - molecular - weight heparin treatment of unstable angina pectoris clinical observation of 84 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin - na（ LMWH - Na） on patients with unstable angina pectoris （ UAP）. Methods 84 cases of UAP were randomly divided into the control group （ of normal treatment） and the treating group （ normal treatment combined with LMWH - Na）. The therapeutic course was one wek. Results The effective rate was 90. 4% in treating group and 50% in the control group after one week （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Total blood viscosity ,plasma viscosity ,total blood reductive viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in tow groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The treating group compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion LMWH combined with normal treatment can control UAP effectively.
