| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种不同环境下小儿头皮静脉穿刺的成功率和护士焦虑程度。方法收集3岁以下患儿300例，随机分成观察组和对照组。比较穿刺成功率、护士焦虑程度、时间效率。结果两种不同环境下行小儿头皮静脉穿刺的成功率、护士焦虑程度、时间效率比较差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论在穿刺室行小儿头皮静脉穿刺可提高成功率和时间效率、降低护士焦虑程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the success rate and anxiety levels of nurses of scalp vein puncture in children under two different environments. Methods 300 cases were selected and divided to a observed group and a control group. Compare the success rate, time efficiency and anxiety levels of nurses. Results There were significant differences between them in two groups（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pediatric scalp vein puncture in the puncture room can improve the success rate and time efficiency and lower the anxiety levels of nurses. |
