摘    要:目的分析氟喹诺酮类药物在临床应用中不良反应发生的规律.以便采取措施,警惕该类药物不良反应的发生.为临床合理用药提供信息。方法对182例氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应(ADR)报告进行回顾性分析。结果182例不良反应涉及5种氟喹诺酮类药物,左氧氟沙星、环丙杀星和加替沙星分别为81例(44.50%)、45例(24.72%)和38例(20.87%);不良反应累及人体10个系统,主要表现为皮肤及附件损害69例(37.9%),其次为消化系统和神经系统分别为42例(23.1%)、23例(12.6%)。结论应对氟喹诺酮类药物引起的不良反应加以重视.及时发现并避免不良反应的发生。

Study on adverse reactions and reasonable application of Fluroquinolones

Abstract:Objective To discuss the regular pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) caused by Fluroquinolones in order to prevent their occurenee and to provide rational drug use. Methods To analyze retrospectively adverse reactions caused by Fluroquinolones in 182 patients from March 2000 to March 2007 in my hospital. Results Of 5 kinds of Fluroquinolones which caused adverse reactions in 182 eases, Ofloxaein appeared most frequently and Ciprofloxacin secondly and Gatifloxaein thirdly. The major adverse drug reaction was impairment of skin and its accessories (37.9%) and the secondary was impairment of digestive system ( 23. 1% ) and central nervous system( 12. 6% ) respectively. Conclusion Adequate attention should be paid to the adverse reactions caused by Fluroquinolones, in order to discover and prevent their occurence in time.
