| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通络饮治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:治疗组20例用通络饮治疗,对照组20例用颈复康治疗,疗程4周。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率85%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05),两组椎动脉血流速度及血流内径均较治疗前明显改善,但治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:通络饮可改善椎-基底动脉的血供,治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有明显效果。
