摘    要:目的了解甘其毛道口岸鼠、蚤染疫的基本情况,为该口岸鼠疫防治工作提供科学有效的依据。方法2005.9.19-2005.9.30采用24 h夹日法,调查野鼠密度,利用五米夹线法调查夜间活动鼠数量;连续在室内布夹48-72 h/次法调查家栖鼠数量;对所有捕获鼠进行检蚤;对所有捕获鼠、蚤进行细菌学检验;对捕获活鼠进行血清学检验。结果共捕获鼠类艾鼬类39只,隶属2科6属,艾鼬1种。获蚤172匹,隶属4科5属。对所获鼠、蚤进行鼠疫细菌学血清学检验均为阴性。结论通过此次调查初步掌握了该口岸鼠、蚤及染疫的基本情况,主要宿主(长爪沙鼠)、密度较低,口岸地区发生鼠间鼠疫流行的可能性较小。

Abstract:Objective To find out the detail background and contaminated situation of the Ganqimaodao Port mice, flea, with the view of providing the scientific basis for plague prevention and control at port. Methods From 19, September to 30 September in 2005, the author makes a survey, of the field mice density with the method of 24h catching with clamps, of moonlighting mice quantity in placing clamps each five meters, of domestic species mice quantity in continuous arranging the mouse holdfast indoors 48-72 h/time. All the captured mice have been conducted flea-detection, and bacteriologist test, serological test as well. Results Totally 39 fitchew mice, subjected 2 faculty 6 genus, 1strain, has been captured. And 172 flea subjected 4 faculty 5 genus have been detected. The result of serological test on all captured mice and flea is negative. Conclusion The author gets a clear picture of the mice and flea base at port. As result shows domain host (Meriones unguiculatus)in small quantity and low density, it is revealed that the plague epidemic risk is very low at the port.
