摘    要:目的:探讨三联脆组(FHIT)基因在外阴癌和外阴尖锐湿疣中的表达及其意义.方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测30例外阴鳞癌、30例外阴尖锐湿疠、15例正常外阴皮肤组织中FHIT蛋白的表达情况.结果:FHIT蛋白在正常外阴上皮、外阴尖锐湿疣、外阴鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为100%.(15/15)、53.33%(16/30)和20%(6/30),外阴尖锐湿疣和外阴鳞癌中FHIT蛋白的阳性表达率较正常外阴上皮明显降低(P<0.05),外阴鳞癌中FHIT蛋白的低表达与外阴癌的组织分化和临床分期均无关系(P>0.05).结论:1.FHIT基因异常表达与外阴鳞癌的发生发展有关.2.外阴尖锐湿疣可能是外阴鳞癌的前期病变.

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of Fragile histidine triad(FHIT)protein in vulvar cancer and vulvar condyloma acuminatum.Method:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of FHIT in 15 cases of normal vulvar epithelium,30 cases of vulvar condyloma acuminatum and 30 cases of vulvar cancer.Resuts:The expression rate of FHIT protein were 100%(15/15)in normal vulvae,53.33%(16/30)in condyloma acuminatum of vulva and 20.00%(6/30)in vulvar cancers.The expression rate of FHIT in vulvar vulvae(P<0.05).The FHIT expression was not correlated with the histological grade and the clinical stage of vulvar cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of FHIT protein may play an important role in the development and progression of vulvar cancer.Vulvar condyloma acuminata may be a precancerous stage of vulvar cancer.
