摘    要:目的优选黄芪中黄芪甲苷的水提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,以黄芪甲苷含量和出膏率为指标,考察提取次数、提取时间和加溶媒量对提取效果的影响。结果提取时间每次1 h,提取3次,每次加水10倍,为最佳工艺。结论该工艺合理,稳定可行,可为黄芪甲苷提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology for satragalin from astroyalus dissolved in water.Methods The process was studied by orthogonal design L_9(3~4) with the extraction rate of astragalin as criteria,and three factors were chosen,including the decoct time,the decoct times and the water amount.Results The optimum process was as follows: the crude drug wasas extracted three times,1 h every time and 10 times water was added.Conclusion This technology is reasonable and practicable,which can be used as experimental basis for extraction techonlogy for stragalin.
