痰热清注射液对原发性肝癌介入治疗的影响

目的本研究通过观察应用中药痰热清注射液对肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术(TACE)后血液NK细胞、CD3、CD4、CD8、患者综合指标及术后副反应的前后对比,来探讨痰热清注射液对TA-CE的辅助作用.方法本研究选取我院2003年10月至2004年2月期间住院患者50名,分为实验组20名,对照组20名,空白对照组10名.均行TACE,实验组术前给予痰热清注射液40ml静点,对照组术前给予清开灵40ml静点,均为一日一次静脉点滴,2周为一疗程.空白对照组不给药.分别于介入术前及术后5天内采血,检测血象、生化指标、NK细胞、CD3、CD4、CD8及患者体温,观察患者术后有无发热现象等.结果实验组的各项观察指标较对照组及空白对照组均有较明显的提高.结论中药痰热清注射液作为肝癌介入治疗的辅助用药,可以提高免疫力及减少毒副作用,对术后发热尤为有效.

Impact of the Tan-reqing injection in primary liver carcinoma patients with interventional treatment

Objective To study the auxiliary effect of traditional medicine by observing the compared results of blood NK cells, CD3, CD4, CDS, various synthesized indexes before and after supplying Tan-reqing Injection after applying TACE. Methods The study group included 20 subjects of experimental group, 20 control subjects and 10 bland control subjects, all of which were from 50 inpatients from October 2003 to February 2004. All the subjects were applied TACE, experimental group was given 40ml Tan-reqing Injection while control group 40ml Qingkailing Injection, the medicines were perused one time per day, the course of treatment was 2 weeks. The blank control group was not given any injection medicine. Blood sample was gathered before and 5 days after intervention, testing hemogram, biochemical indexes, NK cells, CD3,CD4,CD8, temperature. Postoperative fever was observed in all the patients. Results The results indicated that the various indexes of experimental group were improved by comparson with that of control group and bland control group. Conclusion We suggest that Tan-reqing Injection can be used as regular medicine while applying intervention of hepatic cancer, which can improve the immunity and reduced the side-effect of intervention or postoperative fever.
