白癜风药物治疗的疗效与病程的相关性

目的探讨白癜风药物治疗的疗效与患者病程的相关性。方法将本院2008年1月-2011年1月收治的并用相同治疗方案治疗的312例白癜风患者按病程分为6组(即<1年、≥1年、≥3年、≥5年、≥7年和≥9年组),并比较各组患者的疗效。结果治愈率和有效率比较:病程<1年组最高(71.43%,85.71%),病程≥1年组次之(53.01%,75.90%),且从病程≥5年组开始治愈率均为零,病程≥7年组的有效率很低(9.52%)。病程≥1年组与≥3年组和≥3年组与≥5年组间痊愈率和有效率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),余相邻两组间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论白癜风药物治疗的疗效与患者的病程关系密切,即随着病程的延长,药物治疗的疗效逐渐下降,病程≥3年者疗效显著下降,≥5年者药物治疗的疗效很差,建议对其采用移植治疗。早期规范治疗是治愈白癜风的关键。

Vitiligo Drug Therapy Effect of the Correlation with the Course Disease

Objective To investigate the therapy effect of the drug treatment of vitiligo patients and the correlation of course disease. Methods Total 312 cases of vitiligo patients were from our hospital from 2008 to 2011 treated with the same therapy according to the course disease were divided into 6 groups ( i.e. < 1 years, more than 1 years, more than 3 years, more than 5 years, more than 7 years and 9 years ), and compare the therapy effect of the patients in each group. Results The cure rate and effective rate: course disease < 1 years group was the highest (71.43%, 85.71%), course disease more than 1 years group followed it(53.01%, 75.90% ), and from the course disease more than 5 years group cure rate were zero, the effective rate of course disease more than 7 years group was very low (9.52%). The cure rate and efficiency of course disease more than 1 years group and 3 years group and more than 3 years group and 5 years group differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05 ), rest approached two groups differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05 ). Conclusion Close relationship between therapy effect and the course disease in patients with vitiligo, namely, with the extension of course disease, drug therapy efficacy decreased gradually, efficacy of course more than 3 years decreased significantly, the efficacy of drug treatment for more than 5 years is poor, suggestions on the transplantation. Early treatment is the key to cure vitiligo.
