肺癌合并糖尿病的围手术期处理

目的：明确糖尿病患者手术期血糖控制的方法。方法：对24例肺癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果：均为Ⅱ型糖尿病。术前空腹血糖均大于14．8mmol／L，术后切口感染2例，支气管胸膜瘘1例，无手术死亡。结论：糖尿病病人肺癌手术风险大，术后并发症发生率高，合理应用皮下注射胰岛素是围手术期糖尿病病人血糖控制的安全有效的方法。

Perioperative Management in Lung Cancer Associated with Diabetics

Objective:To study the method of controlling the diabetics' blood supar in perioperative period definite..Methods:The perioperative treatment of 24 lung cancers associated with diabetics were analyzed .Results:All of type 2 diabetes. Ex- empty stomach blood sugar in Surgical operation front all over and above 14.8 mmols/ L, the postoperative wound infection in 2 patients,and 1 patients of bronchopleural fistula , no postoperative mortality.Conclusion:The diabetes patient lung cancer surgical operation risk is big, the postoperative complications occurrence rate is high. To control the diabets patients's blood supar in perioperative period injectinpinsulin subcutan cously is a safe and effective mothod.
