| 摘 要： | 目的:通过肝硬化门脉高压症患者胃镜下食管静脉曲张程度与舌下络脉变化的相关性研究,为判断肝硬化门脉高压发展程度提供一种安全、可重复、非侵入性诊断方法。方法:观察经临床诊断和超声、内镜诊断确定为肝硬化门脉高压症的患者58例,研究食管静脉曲张分期与舌下络脉的相关性。结果:3组患者舌下络脉量化积分与食管静脉曲张程度呈正相关(r=0.753,P0.05)。结论:舌下络脉量化积分与食管静脉曲张呈正相关,积分越高食管静脉曲张程度越重,在判断肝硬化门脉高压病程及动态监测过程中,结合舌下络脉的观察能更好地评价食管静脉曲张。 |
