| Abstract: | Determined free almino acids, free fatty acids and free monoses in urine from young,middle,and old rat, it was found that these concentrations of old rats was significantly lower than that of others, respectively,and each decreased obviously with aging.The change of many indexes at same time formed the biochemistry characteristics of old rats, it is different from young rats In metabolicprocess. The reason of the result was imputed to the impairment of renal function. |
