腺药珍珠菜的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 研究腺药珍珠菜(Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl)的化学成分。方法 应用硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20 柱色谱等技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据(EI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)鉴定结构。结果与结论 从腺药珍珠菜中分离得到 8 个已知化合物,分别鉴定为亚油酸(1)、木犀草素(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4)、山柰酚(5)、槲皮素(6)、乌头酸(7)、乌苏酸(8)。8 个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl,which belongs to the family Lysimachia,is distributed in Hunan,Hubei,Zhejiang,Sichuan,Shanxi and Guizhou province,China.It is also used as a herb for mastitis,rheumatoid arthritis,and treatmenting menstruation,with the fuctions of dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness,and detoxication and clearing heat.In order to study the chemical constitutents from the Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl,Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 colunm chromatography were used to isolate the chemical constituents,and the structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis.Eight compounds were isolated and identified as linoleic acid(1),luteolin(2),oleanolic acid(3),2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4),kaempferol(5),quercetin(6),aconitic acid(7),ursolic acid(8),which were isolated from Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl for the first time.
