摘    要:目的 研究一株从傣药黑面神(Breynia fruticosa)中分离得到的内生菌 Bacillus pumilus的化学成分。方法 采用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离,利用理化性质及波谱数据并结合文献对照确定化合物的结构。结果Bacillus pumilus 发酵液中分离得到 23 个已知化合物,分别鉴定为12-羟基茉莉酮酸(1)、环-(色氨酸-缬氨酸)-二肽(2)、环-(色氨酸-异亮氨酸)-二肽(3)、环-(亮氨酸-异亮氨酸)-二肽(4)、环-(亮氨酸-亮氨酸)-二肽(5)、环-(亮氨酸-缬氨酸)-二肽(6)、吲哚-3-甲酸(7)、吲哚-3-甲醛(8)、黄豆醇B(9)、4,7-二羟基异黄酮(10)、4,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基异黄酮(11)、4,5,7-三羟基异黄酮(12)、对羟基苯乙酸(13)、N-(4-戊氧基)乙酰胺(14)、3-甲硫基-丙烯酸(15)、10-甲基-十一烷酸(16)、十三烷酸(17)、12-甲基-十四烷酸(18)、十五烷酸(19)、十六烷酸(20)、(Z)-9-十六烯酸(21)、10-甲基-11-羟基-正十二烷酸(22)、9, 10-亚甲基十八烷酸(23)。结论 化合物 1~8,13~23 为首次从黑面神内生菌 Bacillus pumilus 代谢产物中分离得到。 关键词: 中图分类号:

Abstract:In this work,chemical constituents of an endophyte Bacillus pumilus isolated from Breynia fruticosa,which is a Dai nationality medicinal plant,was studied.The EtOAc extracts of the fermentation broth of Bacillus pumilus were isolated by various chromatographic techniques,such as silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and so on.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Twenty-three compounds were obtained,and their structures were identified as 12-hydroxyjasmonic acid(1),cyclo-(Trp-Val)-dipeptide(2),cyclo-(Trp-Ile)-dipeptide(3),cyclo-(Leu-Ile)-dipeptide(4),cyclo-(Leu-Leu)-dipeptide(5),cyclo-(Leu-Val)-dipeptide(6),indole-3-carboxylic acid(7),indole-3-carbaldehyde(8),soyasapogenol B(9),4′,7-dihydroxyisoflavone(10),4′,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxyisoflavone(11),4′,5,7-trihydroxyisoflavone(12),2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetic acid(13),N-(4-oxopentyl)acetamide(14),(E)-3-(methylthio)acrylic acid(15),10-methylundecanoic acid(16),tridecanoic acid(17),12-methyl-tetradecanoic acid(18),pentadecanoic acid(19),hexadecanoic acid(20),(Z)-9-hexadecanoic acid(21),11-hydroxy-10-methyldodecanoic acid(22),9,10-methyleneoctadecanotic acid(23).Compounds 1-8,13-23 were isolated from the metabolites of Bacillus pumilus derived from Breynia fruticosa for the first time.
