大鼠急性心肌缺血-再灌注损伤时心肌超微结构的变化与白花前胡及前胡甲素的保护作用

摘    要:目的研究大鼠急性心肌缺血 再灌注损伤时心肌超微结构的变化与白花前胡及前胡甲素的保护作用。方法利用大鼠在体心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,观察并对比研究了中药白花前胡 (PPD)及前胡甲素 (Pd Ia)对急性心肌缺血 再灌注损伤 (ischemiareperfusion ,IR)时心肌细胞结构的影响。结果白花前胡 (1 80mg·kg-1)和前胡甲素 (0 5mg·kg-1)能明显改善缺血再灌注所致的心肌光镜及电镜下细胞结构损伤。结论白花前胡和前胡甲素对大鼠急性心肌缺血 再灌注损伤时的心肌细胞有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To prove the change of myocardial ultrastructure and the protective effect of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and its effective component(praeruptorin A,Pd-Ia) against acute myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The affection of myocardial cell of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn (PPD) and its effective component(Pd-Ia) against acute myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury were observed in rats′ hearts in vivo .Results PPD( 180 mg·kg -1 )and Pd-Ia( 0.5 mg·kg -1 ) significantly protected the microstructure and ultrastructure from reperfusion injury.Conclusions The results indicate that PPD and Pd-Ia have beneficial effects on acute myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
