| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨侵袭性垂体腺瘤的手术方法和术后并发症的防治.方法:对25例侵袭性垂体腺瘤均行显微手术治疗,术后给予激素、脱水,维持下丘脑功能等治疗;并对术后并发症进行比较和分析.结果:临床治愈16例(64%),症状改善或保持稳定8例(32%),死亡1例(4%),复发2例(8%).结论:侵袭性垂体腺瘤的外科治疗必须采取综合措施来进行.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the operation method of invasive pituitary adenomas and discuss the prevention of complications. Methods:25 invasive pituitary adenomas cases were treated with microsurgery and hormone, dehydration, maintaining function of hypothalamus were applyed after operation. Moreover complications after operation were analyzed and compared.Results:Among 25 cases, 16 cases (64%) were clinical curing, 8 cases (32%) were improving, 1 case (4%) was dead, and 2 cases (8%) were recurrence.Conclusions:The surgical treatment of invasive pituitary adenomas must be taken synthetic measures. |
