133例冠心病冠脉造影分析

分析１３３例安贞医院冠心病患者的冠脉造影，结果表明：冠脉狭窄＞５０％者占８２．７％；冠脉正常者１９／１３３，其中冠脉痉挛８例，Ｘ－综合征１１例，前降支心肌桥４／１３３。青壮年以冠脉单支病变较多，中、老年人以双支、多支和多处病变较多（Ｐ＜０．０５），青壮、中年、老年三组均以前降支受累为主。

Analysis of Coronary Angiography in 133 Cases of Coronary Disease

A Study of the coron ary angiographic findings in 133 co-ronary disease inpatients of Anzhen Hosp.was presented. The positive rate of angiography of severe coro nary vessel stenotsis cases was 82.7%,among the normal coronary vessel cascs (19/133),there were 8 cases of coronary vesospasm,&11 cases ofx-syndrome, while myocard-ial bridge of the left anterior de sc-ending branch was numbered up to 4/133.Single branch anomalies of coronary vessels predominated in the youth &prime of life patient group,and,double branches,triple branches, as well as multifol anomali-we caes re more in te middle-ageh &aged patients(P<0.05),The left anter-ior descending branch was predominantly involved among all of the thr ee patient groups.
