人参果皂苷注射液对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察人参果皂苷注射液(GFSI)对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用。方法大鼠腹腔注射GFS110、20、40mg/kg,连续3d,末次给药30min结扎双侧颈总动脉伴低血压制造实验性脑缺血模型,180min后测定大鼠脑含水量和脑指数,脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及血液流变学等指标。结果GFSI可使实验性脑缺血大鼠的脑含水量、脑指数及脑组织MDA含量明显降低,SOD活性明显提高,亦能明显降低实验性脑缺血大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血沉、红细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数。结论GFSI对大鼠实验性脑缺血具有明显保护作用,可能与其抑制脂质过氧化物损害、提高抗氧化酶活性及改善血液流变学的异常变化有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effect of ginseng fruit saponins injection(GFSI) on experimental cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods The rats were given intraperitoneal injection 10,20,40 mg/kg GFSI for 3 days with last administration for 30 min to establish cerebral ischemia model induced by bilateral common carotid artery clamping and hypotension.Cerebral water content and index,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) contents and hemorrheology were measured 180 min later.Results GFSI decreased cerebral water content and index,MDA contents,the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,plasma fibrinogen concentration,erythrocyte sedimentation,hematocrit,erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index and increased SOD activity markedly.Conclusions GFSI could protect the cerebral tissue from ischemia injury by suppressing lipid peroxidation,increasing anti-oxidase activity and improving evidently abnormal changes of hemorrheology.
