| Abstract: | Carrying out the quality management of medical record with the bulletin in hospital can facilitate the role of the monitoring medical record for administrator and strengthen medical record quality monitoring intensity. It can point out the defectsinmedical record information in time and specific management countermeasure can be put forward. It is a beneficial measure for medical record management. |
