下肢矫形器疗法对脑卒中重度偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究下肢矫形器疗法对脑卒中重度偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响。方法 :脑卒中重度偏瘫患者 6 5例随机分为下肢矫形器疗法康复组 34例和常规方法康复组 31例 ,下肢矫形器疗法康复组采用膝踝足矫形器 (KAFO)与运动疗法紧密结合的治疗方法 ,常规康复组采用常规运动疗法治疗。在康复治疗前后分别用Fugl-Meyer评测法(FMA)和功能独立性评定法 (FIM )来评测患者的残损水平和残疾水平。结果 :两组在康复治疗前评测的各主要指标间无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;康复治疗后评测的下肢FMA、平衡FAM、与运动功能有关的FIM、FIM总分、每周FIM增加值和步行自立度的结果 ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :下肢长矫形器疗法可以促进脑卒中重度偏瘫患者运动功能的改善

Abstract:Objective: To study effects of lower limb orthosis therapy on function recovery of stroke patients with severe hemiplegia. Method: 65 patients were randomly divided into tow groups, lower limb orthosis therapy rehabilitation group (34 patients) and conventional rehabilitation group (31 patients). The outcomes were compared between the two groups after training . Result: There were no significant differences between the two groups at function evaluation before training ( P >0.05). The evaluation after treatment showed, significant differences between the two groups on Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Functional Independence Measurement(FIM)( P <0.001). Conclusion: Lower limb orthosis therapy can promote on motor function recovery in stroke patients with severe hemiplegia .
