| Abstract: | Integrin is the important receptor of cellular adhesion molecules,which mediates the adhesion between cell and cell or cell and extracellular matrix.It's proved that the cell adhesion and the growth,differentiation,invision and metastasis of tumor is correlative tightly.The relationship between integrin and tumor metastasis is reviewed in this article. |
