为了提高护理质量管理效能,制定了一套科学、合理、可操作性强的护理质量综合评价管理方案,确立监控指标16项,采用特尔菲法予各项指标权重赋值,采取定期查与随机查、全面查与重点查、护理部查与护士长查相结合的检查方式,并采取定性与定量相结合的评价方法,对各科室进行公开、公平、公正的检查评价,起到了统筹兼顾、规范管理的作用,提高了护理质量的整体水平.通过开发与应用该软件系统,提高了护理质量现代化管理效能.

The Management Efficacy of the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Nursing Quality

In order to improve the management efficacy of the nursing quality, a scientific, reasonable and well-manipulative plan has been drawn up for the comprehensive evaluation of the nursing quality. Sixteen supervisory indexes has been established. By using the method of Tel-fy, the weigh of every index has been endowed with the value. The combinative inspection style that is regular, random, all-round and focal has been adopted and it has also been used by the nursing department and the head nurse. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation method has been accepted. The open, fair and just inspective evaluation has been carried out at each department and office. It plays a role which is making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration, and is normally managing. The whole standard of the nursing quality has been improved. By developing and using this solfware system, the modernized management efficacy of the nursing quality has been greatly increased.
