| 摘 要： | 目的观察放射性核素制剂氯化89锶(89Srcl)治疗癌症骨转移病人的临床疗效。方法40例前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌骨转移病人,行89Srcl治疗,治疗前后行ECT全身骨扫描及骨痛打分,前后进行对比。结果有一部分病人病灶减少或消失,疼痛减轻,85%以上患者可以达到显效。结论89Srcl对大多数前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌骨转移有止痛及治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical significance of ~(89)Srcl in treating bony metastases cancer patients. Methods Forty patients of prostagland carcinoma, breast carcinoma, lung carcinoma with bony metastases were treated by ~(89)Srcl and scaned by ECT to the bone of whole body then scorced to the bone ache. Results Some patients showed shadow relieve or disappear and ache relieve .Effective rate was over 85%. Conclusion It is effective to treat the bone metastases of prostagland carcinoma, breast carcinoma, lung carcinoma by ~(89)Srcl. |
