| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉手术中应用丝裂霉素C对角膜内皮、角膜上皮的影响。方法本实验组筛选46例原发性翼状胬肉的患者(46只眼),所有患者均接受胬肉切除手术,然后行角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C。分别测量术前、术后角膜内皮细胞密度、变异系数及六角形细胞百分比,观察角膜创面上皮愈合情况并记录愈合时间。结果随访期内胬肉复发1例(2.2%)。各阶段角膜内皮细胞密度、平均变异系数以及平均六角形细胞百分比值比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。角膜荧光素染色阴性平均时间为(4.20±1.05)d。结论翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术中使用0.02%丝裂霉素C延长术后角膜创面愈合时间,但不会对角膜内皮产生急性毒性作用,手术复发率低。
