对不同血氨测定标本处理方法的评价

摘    要:目的评价不同方法处理标本后放置时间与血氨测定值的关系。方法将43例测血氨患者的标本不同方法处理、储存,分别放置不同时间后测定其血浆氨浓度。结果所有标本放置时间越长,其血氨浓度越高;未分离标本放置30min内无明显差别(P>0.05),60min结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);分离出的血浆标本温室时120min之内无明显差别,180min则有显著性差异(P<0.05);置4℃冰箱冷藏的分离标本3h内之间无明显差别(P>0.05),4h后则有显著性差异(P<0.05);置-20℃冰箱冷冻的分离标本24h内无明显差别(P>0.05),48h后则有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论未分离血浆的标本应在30min内分离并完成检测,即使分离出血浆也应在2h之内检测,冷藏应于3h内、冷冻保存于24h内测定。
