老年慢性肾病早期患者血脂和超敏C反应蛋白水平分析

目的观察老年慢性肾脏病早期患者血脂和超敏C反应蛋白水平变化。方法选择90例诊断为慢性肾病早期的老年患者（观察组）和90例无慢性肾病的老年患者（对照组），测定其血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL）以及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平变化。结果老年慢性。肾脏病早期患者组血清TG和hs—CRP水平明显高于对照组（均P〈0．05），而HDL水平在观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论老年慢性。肾病早期患者易出现高甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白降低、hs-CRP升高，需要早期关注。

Analysis of the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level and serum lipids in elderly patients with early chronic kidney disease

Objective To observe the changing of the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level and serum lipids in elderly patients with early chronic kidney disease. Methods 90 cases of early chronic kidney disease were collected and 90 cases without chronic kidney disease served as control.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)were measured. Results There was significant difference between early chronic kidney disease group and the control group on TG,HDL and hs-CRP(all P＜0.05).The level of HDL in study group was significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05＝. Conclusion The patients with early chronic kidney disease often had hypertriglyceridemia,declining HDL and elevating hs-CRP.It should be paid attention early.
