| 摘 要： | 目的报道2例肠道黏膜相关淋巴组织(Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue,MALT)淋巴瘤并结合文献探讨其彩色多普勒超声表现。方法回顾性总结分析2例肠道MALT淋巴瘤的彩色多普勒超声声像及临床病理资料,并复习近几年国内文献报道的肠道MALT淋巴瘤的临床及超声声像表现。结果肠道MALT淋巴瘤临床及超声特征为:①年龄在50岁以上,病程长,进展缓慢;②肠壁明显增厚或肠壁肿块样回声,局部回声均匀减低,内部彩色血流异常丰富。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断MALT淋巴瘤具有较高的临床价值,并可在该病与其他肠道疾病的鉴别中提供依据。
