| 摘 要： | 目的研究托吡酯等多药联合治疗婴儿痉挛症的临床疗效。方法选择婴儿痉挛症患者134例，随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规丙戊酸钠口服治疗；治疗组采用托吡酯、小剂量促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）＋泼尼松、维生素B。、丙种球蛋白联合治疗。两组均连续治疗3个月后比较两组的脑电图改善情况和治疗效果。结果治疗组临床疗效及脑电图改善情况均显著优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论托吡酯、小剂量ACTH＋泼尼松、维生素B6、丙种球蛋白联合治疗婴儿痉挛症临床效果显著，优于单用丙戊酸钠治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of topiramate together with low-dose ACTH and prednisone、vitamine B6、gamma globulin on infantile spasms. Methods 134 infantile spasms patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group 67 patients. The control group was treated with sodium valproate. The treatment group received low-dose ACTH and prednisone、topiramate、vitamine B6 、gamma globulin. The two groups all completed a therapeutic period of 3 months. Results The effect of the treatment group compared with the control group has significantly statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05) ;the result of the treatment group'electroencephalogran compared with that of the control group also has significants difference (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of low-dose ACTH and prednisone、 topiramate、 vitamine B6、 gamma globulin together on infantile spasms was much better than just taking sodium valproate only. |
