| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统对乳腺多发纤维腺瘤诊断和治疗的临床应用价值。方法分析超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切治疗43例195个临床诊断乳腺多发纤维腺瘤的疗效,并记录术后病理结果及其随访情况。结果 43例195个乳腺病灶被准确完全切除,切除足够组织用于病理诊断;B超监测195个病灶均被完全切除,全部为良性,其中乳腺纤维腺瘤151个,纤维腺瘤样增生44个;3例出现局部血肿,5例出现乳房皮下淤血,均未行特殊处理。术后3个月时复查,血肿完全自行吸收,皮肤淤血消失。结论 Mammotome微创旋切术是一项创伤小、并发症少、安全有效的乳腺微创技术,对乳腺多发纤维腺瘤能够进行完全切除。
