| 摘 要： | 目的掌握民航女职工生殖健康自我保健现状和保健需求情况,以便提供有针对性的女职工卫生保健服务。方法以南方、国际等航空公司部分女乘务员和中航油、中航信、中航材等单位以及机场从事地面工作各部门的在职女职工为研究对象,采用自填式调查问卷调查,回收有效问卷1175份,分为乘务员组563名和地勤组612名。结果乘务员组已生育比例(36.59%)明显低于地勤组(43.95%),乘务员组未产流产比例(25.24%)明显高于地勤组(19.08%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对目前民航各单位、部门提供的帮助有较高的需求比例。对孕前调换工作岗位和定期给予心理疏导或治疗的需求,乘务员组明显高于地勤组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业性有害因素对民航女职工生殖健康的影响应该得到重视,做好民航女职工职业生殖健康卫生保健服务,提供心理疏导,缓解工作压力,使民航女职工更加健康,为民航事业发展多做贡献。
