| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨2型糖尿病 (T2DM )患者血浆纤维蛋白原 (Fg)水平的变化及其与冠心病 (CHD)的相关性。方法 :检测149例T2DM患者血浆Fg水平的变化 ,按是否合并CHD分为合并CHD组81例 ,非CHD组68例 ,并设60例正常对照。结果 :T2DM患者血浆Fg 水平与正常对照组有显著性差异 (P<0.01) ;T2DM合并CHD患者血浆Fg 水平与非CHD患者存在统计学差异 (P<0.01)。结论 :T2DM患者血浆Fg水平显著升高 ,与CHD的发生有一定相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between change of plasma fibrinogen level and coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: The levels of plasma fibrinogen(FG) were measured in 149 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patients, involving 81 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD),and compared with 60 normal subjects (control).Results: Plasma FG levels of T2DM patients were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).Plasma FG levels of CHD group were significantly higher than noth CHD group (P<0.01)in T2DM.Conclusion: Plasma FG levels of T2DM patients were significantly higher than control group.There were relationship between FG and CHD. |
