| 摘 要： | 目的 研究苦参素注射液在 5 %葡萄糖 ,10 %葡萄糖 ,0 .9%氯化钠 3种输液中的稳定性。方法 用紫外分光光度法测定苦参素注射液的含量 ,并观察输液的外观、p H及苦参素紫外光谱的变化。结果 苦参素液射液在 0 .9%氯化钠中 0 .6 7h内含量在 96 %以上 ,而在 5 %葡萄糖和 10 %葡萄糖注射液中 8h内含量在10 0 %以上。结论 可以同氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖注射液配伍。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the compatibility stability of Kushengsu injection in three kinds of injection solution.Methods The content of Kushengsu injection was determined by UV spectrophotometer.To observe the changes in the appearance,p H and UV absorption spectrum.Results The content of Kushengsu injection was over96 .0 % in0 .9% NS for0 .6 7h.,but it was over1 0 0 .0 % in 5 .0 % GS and 1 0 .0 % GS for8h.Conclusion The results indicated that Kushengsu injection may compatible with NS and GSinjection respectively. |
