摘    要:目的 探讨ICU中多药耐药菌(MDRO)引起下呼吸道感染的相关因素,并提出相应降低感染率的护理措施.方法 采用前瞻性研究,收集我院2007年1月至2008年12月ICU发生下呼吸道感染的146例患者临床资料,分析护理环节中引起下呼吸道感染的危险性操作及环境物表监测中的高危因素.结果 气道开放、机械通气造成ICU患者下呼吸道感染率最高,占71.8%;护士手的高染菌量是导致下呼吸道感染的最危险因素,统计数据显示MDRO感染呈上升趋势.结论 控制ICU下呼吸道感染,针对危险因素及多药耐药菌群,采取相应的措施是非常必要的.

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlated factors of respiratory tract infection resulted from multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria and provide the nursing interventions measures in order to reducing infection rates. Methods This study is a prospective study. The clinical data of 146 patients with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2008 were collected and the high risk factors in nursing practices and environment were analyzed. Results The lower respiratory tract infection rate in patients with open airway and mechanical ventilation was highest(71.8%). A high volume bacterium in nurses' hands was the highest risk factor. The tendency of MDR bacteria were increasing. Conclusions Controlling the risk factors and treating the MDR bacteria is necessary to decrease the lower respiratory tract infection in ICU.
